This lifelong passion led me to Liaison College in Hamilton, Ontario, where I honed my skills and discovered an even deeper love for the art of baking. At culinary school, my chef's praises for my impeccable plating and mouthwatering chocolate mousse inspired me to continue pursuing this culinary path. In my 20s, I delved into the world of cheesecakes, and in my early 30s, I ventured into the bustling food scene of Toronto, attempting to turn my passion into a business. However, fierce competition proved challenging, prompting a move to the picturesque town of Squamish. It was there that the Squamish Cheesecake Lady was born, and I embarked on a journey to share my irresistible cheesecakes with the world.
